I offer private instruction to photographers who want to advance their photography and lighting to the next level. All of my private instruction is custom tailored to  what you want to learn or practice, and can be 1 on 1 or for small groups to help keep costs down.

• Learn how to shoot great portraits using techniques we will practice that your clients and/or family will love.
• Learn how to use strobes, constant light, and/or natural light. Along with light modifiers.
• Learn the lighting basics so you can competently set up a one, two, three, or more light shoots.
• Learn tips and tricks that will separate your photography from others.

I teach all of my private instruction in a local studio or on location. The rates below are for a full package that includes studio time, lighting, and a professional model. Location shoots are quoted individually and take into account location cost, and travel expenses.

These daily rates include a professional model if you have your own model the rates can be adjusted:

 Half Day Private: $700                             Full Day Private: $1400 

Group Rates are full day rates, when you have more than one photographer half day instruction is not enough to give proper Instruction:

2 People $1600

3 People $1700

More than 3 is quoted separately. I suggest more than one model if you are planning for a group of more than 3.

Makeup artists and hair stylists are available for an additional cost.

I can customize the private and group instruction to what you need. 

*Note: If you are supplying your own model it is the photographer’s responsibility to make sure they are on time and ready to shoot. If the models does not show up there will not be a refund.
